Matt Gumbley BCom, CA, CMA, AREINZ Our Licensee

Matt has been in practice as a business sales specialist since 1985, and in that time has acquired extensive experience in the sale and purchase of medium and large private companies. He established Company Sales & Acquisitions Ltd. in 1989. Matt’s background includes Accounting, Merchant Banking and 15 years in senior corporate roles, before he entered this industry. He is a keen surfer and enjoys most sports. Matt is married with two adult children and lives in Kohimarama, Auckland.

Wayne Cameron NZSA

Focusing on businesses north of the bridge

Waynes initial six Chartered Accounting years in the seventies have been followed by an extensive career in sales and general management positions for small to medium enterprises in NZ, Australia and the USA. Wayne has wide product experience including high tolerance machinery, marine, apparel & software in both import & export sectors. Waynes experience and technical analysis skills are fully utilised in understanding and empathising with sellers & buyers of a wide range of businesses. Wayne is married with three boys, is an avid surfer and lives in Devonport.

Alan Billington

Alan has an extensive background in engineering and business gained internationally and in New Zealand. He was responsible for engineering and marketing roles with GEC (UK) and GE (USA). Upon his return to New Zealand he held a sales management role within Fletcher Challenge’s property Group. With wide business experience, Alan spent several years in the HR industry, ultimately running his own recruitment company before moving to England once again with his family for a new business venture. On returning after 4 years in the UK where he and his wife Kate started an import and distribution company, Alan joined Matt at CSA. Like a couple of other aging surfers in the CSA line-up, Alan still pursues the surf. He and Kate have four adult children and presently live in Epsom.
